Overview
The platform replaces the limitations of fixed Zoho Books templates with a fully customized billing workflow, branded invoice designs, and centralized financial visibility.
The Requirement
The requirement was to create a flexible internal billing tool that supports custom invoice layouts, separate company identities, and workflows tailored to the organization’s actual operations.
What We Built
A multi-company billing dashboard with company management, invoice creation, reusable items and services, draft invoices, payment tracking, search, filters, and financial summaries.
Outcome
The completed system provides greater control over invoicing, improves financial tracking, simplifies multi-company management, and reduces dependency on third-party billing platforms.
