Dabbas Ledger is an internal expense and reimbursement mobile application that allows employees to submit business expenses and track their claims
Overview
Employees can record expenses, upload receipts, and request reimbursement, while administrators review, approve, reject, and manage every claim centrally.
The Requirement
The goal was to replace manual expense reporting with a transparent system that simplifies verification, approvals, and internal reimbursement management.
What We Built
A role-based mobile application with employee expense submission, receipt uploads, approval workflows, reimbursement tracking, and an administrative dashboard.
Outcome
The application reduced paperwork, improved expense visibility, and created a faster, more accountable reimbursement process for employees and administrators
